About the Recipe
1 pair Pig's Kidneys (Cleaned)
30 grams of Eucommia (Du Zhong)
30 grams of Walnuts
A few ginger slices / scallions
Sesame Oil / Soya Sauce / Salt
Add Eucommia and Pig's Kidney Slices into 2 litres of boiling water.
Add in Ginger slices and Shallots too.
Let boil for a few minutes and Skim off scum from surface of the water.
Add in walnuts.
Boil over low heat for 2 hours.
Add Sesame Oil, Soya Sauce and Salt to Taste.
Serve Soup! Enjoy!
