Unlike the rest of the team, Kristen hasn’t done IVF, but is well acquainted with the likes of basal body temperature charting and multiple ovulation test strips. A combination of polycystic ovaries, extremely long cycles and blocked tubes means it took over 3 years to conceive first her child.
The wait is always excruciating especially while we’re in it, but it always helps to have someone there to provide a listening ear. And I hope to be just that.
